The lights dimmed and the energy of the crowd intensified with anticipation for the New England local, Great American Ghost. The band released their third LP Power Through Terror just 10 days before the show, giving fans plenty of time to learn every lyric.

Tis the season for holiday shows, and we may have caught the biggest and heaviest one this year at Buffalo native’s Every Time I Die’s annual two day show Tid the Season—also known to the most diehard of ETID fans (aka Etidiots) as “Shitmas.”

Usually, even at large stadiums, the venues are not filled until shortly before the headlining band is set to take the stage, with fans trickling in throughout the night. That was not the case on this night. The Belasco was pretty much fully packed right from the start of the night.

“Flood the Gates” comes from the upcoming album Dark Verses, which releases on 6/22 on Tyler's own label, 31 Records, and was mixed and mastered by Joe Cocchi of Within The Ruins with additional engineering and tracking by Jim Fogarty (All That Remains, Killswitch Engage). “Flood the Gates” will be available everywhere digitally for sale and streaming at 6pm on June 6th (6/6/6pm).
