Hey Fans,
It hurts me deeply to say these words, but my time with Bobaflex is coming to an end. For years, I’ve tried to juggle being a dad and touring. I just can’t do it anymore. The band has been wonderful, every member since the old days, and they will always be my brothers. The fans have been loving and supportive since the first record. I love you all and will miss you chanting back our lyrics the most. I’ll be on the remainder of the shows this week and will do a farewell performance at Muddy Creek Saloon in Heath on August 24. Come out and say goodbye!
Marty Mccoy:
Tommy, Jymmy, Jake and I are gonna finish the remainder of the summer and fall tours as a four piece version of Bobaflex. It doesn’t feel right to continue as Bobaflex without Shaun. After the September tour Bobaflex is officially disbanding. We are sad to close this chapter of our lives, but excited to start a new one. The 4 of us are working on new music under a new name. You, the fans have been incredible and we hope you continue to support us in this new endeavor.
