From Ashes to New brought The Blackout Tour Pt. 2 to The Observatory in Santa Ana, CA with an electrifying lineup, featuring Point North, Ekoh, Phix and Elijah, with the bands blending all the bases from rap rock to nu metal seamlessly.

The openers set the tone and showcased the genre-bending show. Elijah started the night with anthemic rock with pop sensibilities. Up next were emo rap rockers Phix and heart hop rap rocker Ekoh, who collaborated on Phix’s “Doomed.” Every artist on the lineup pumped out radio bangers ready for the mainstream.

Ekoh kept the crowd going with his impeccable flow, lyrical prowess, and commanding stage presence. The set had Ekoh and his DJ out in the crowd to perform and then a shoe signing session on stage in honor of Ekoh’s custom Vans collab.

Los Angeles band Point North continued the momentum playing to a nearly hometown crowd with their anthemic choruses and powerful instrumentals. Their blend of emo pop punk and metalcore kept the energy up. They brought out Elijah for “Like a Weapon” to pump the crowd up even more.

Closing out the night, From Ashes to New delivered a high-energy set that continued to add to the momentum the stacked lineup of openers built. Their nu metal, rap rock electrified the venue, solidifying their status as one of the genre’s premiere acts.

They brought out Ekoh for “Panic” and Ekoh for “Nightmare,” further reinforcing the perfect harmony of the triumphant night with the tour’s diverse yet cohesive lineup.
