With Knightclub, FEUERSCHWANZ release their first studio album with an English title – and for the first time, several tracks feature English lyrics. Knightclub is characterized by catchy hits, absolute party mood, great anthems and hard metal riffs. Once again, the band manages to incorporate their unmistakable humor into songs bursting with energy.

After 20 years as a band, we return back to where it all began: Medieval knights in shining armor, partying like there’s no tomorrow! Adding all our experience together, we blended medieval sounds with modern metal riffs on this one. Have fun!

Together with Metal Queen Doro Pesch we created a classic heavy metal anthem with a modern twist. This one’s not only for the BROTHERS everywhere, it’s for everyone!
“Berzerkermode” – Fegefeur (2023)
This song from 2023 is one of our greatest festival party bangers. The chorus in english helped us reach a bigger audience in the last few years!
“Bastard von Asgard” (Feat. Fabienne Erni) – Fegefeur (2023)
This song was, at the time, our fastest and hardest metal song. We blended high speed bagpipes with double bass attacks, wild guitar solos and a catchy chorus. Even though the song is in German, people all over the world scream the hook at the top of their lungs at every festival!
“Das Elfte Gebot” – Das Elfte Gebot (2020)
This song was one of our most important songs that we released during the pandemic in 2020. The message about living life to the fullest even in the face of death still means a lot to us and our fans.
“Memento Mori” – Memento Mori (2021)
Memento Mori is a kind of sequel to “Das Elfte Gebot”. The latin phrase reminds us all of how precious and short life can be.
“Rohirim” – Memento Mori (2021)
The song is from the world of “Lord of the Rings” and recalls one of the most epic scenes from both the movies and the books. The Charge of the Riders of Rohan is the final attempt to rescue their brothers in Minas Tirith, and it still gives us goosebumps, so we tried to capture the epic spirit of sacrifice and honor in this song.
“Dragostea Din Tei” – Memento Mori (2021)
This Eurodance-banger needed a metal-makeover! So we did it! The super catchy chorus works incredibly well with medieval folk instruments and festivals are going wild with this one.
“Untot im Drachenboot” – Memento Mori (2021)
A song about undead viking warriors raiding the seven seas with their dragonship. A perfect blend of epic tales with a humorous twist and folky melody combined with heavy riffs. Best of all worlds!
“Ultima Nocte” – Memento Mori (2021)
The idea came from our very first album “Prima Nocte” (“First Night”). The “Ultima Nocte” means the last night before battle and we wanted to capture the spirit of warriors sitting around a campfire while preparing for their final battle. At this point in our canon we were still exploring faster riffs, heavy double bass attacks and lower tunings.
