LIVING DEAD GIRL Drops “Poison Me” Video and Announces New Album CONSPIRACY Out October 10

LIVING DEAD GIRL is the modern metal band created by visionary frontwoman Molly Rennick. Seamlessly blending elements of metal, goth, and pop-punk, the band has created a distinct sound all their own, accompanied by haunting visuals, and upbeat music videos, all of which come from the imagination of Rennick herself. It’s dark, it’s brooding, and it draws you in.

Today, Living Dead Girl announce their new album CONSPIRACY, appropriately arriving on October 10. Pre-order it here

Rennick says that the new single “is the first taste of the new era of Living Dead Girl. It’s a dark, emotional song about how someone’s toxicity can drain the life out of you. I think everyone has that person in their lives and will see themselves in the exasperation of the lyrics — we have all had to navigate complicated relationships and this song embodies the emotions that come with it.”

Regarding the album, she continues. “I am beyond thrilled to finally unveil Living Dead Girl’s second full-length album CONSPIRACY. Itfeels like the perfect follow-up album to our debut Exorcism, staying true to the sound the band created back in 2021 but also showcasing both my personal and artistic growth over that time. CONSPIRACY is darker, heavier, more vulnerable, and more intense, but still has the sing-along choruses you’d expect from Living Dead Girl. I hope both new listeners and repeat fans alike fall in love with this album as much as I did creating it.”

The album was produced by critically-acclaimed producer Mitchell Marlow and demonstrates a sonic evolution for the band, highlighting its artistic and personal growth over the past four years, while staying true to the unique sound that has drawn so many fans to its lair. The distinct blend of heavy, drop-tuned riffs, hellbound screams, and catchier-than-a-cold choruses grabs you by the nape of the neck and refuses to let go.

Living Dead Girl will appear at Upheaval Festival in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Saturday, July 19, sharing the stage with the likes of Falling In Reverse, Wage War, Yelawolf, and more. Additional dates are below.
