Rise Against first played the Santa Barbara Bowl 18 years ago, and Santa Barbara welcomed them back with open arms. 

The Palladium in Worcester MA, a notorious venue for fans of heavy music, hosted the tour of the summer, featuring dual headliners The Ghost Inside and Underoath. They hit the road with a stacked lineup, featuring openers We Came as Romans and Better Lovers. 

Halestorm, The Warning, and New Years Day hit the road on September 21st, 2022 starting at Mars Music Hall in Huntsville, AL. New Year’s Day didn’t make it due to mechanical problems with their tour bus, but on September, 26th all three bands brought their A game.

Tis the season for holiday shows, and we may have caught the biggest and heaviest one this year at Buffalo native’s Every Time I Die’s annual two day show Tid the Season. Day 2 of Tid the Season started in the early afternoon at Buffalo Riverworks with a couple hours of professional wrestling.

In February and March of 2020, European thrash fans got one of the best tours in history: The Bay Strikes Back European Tour. This tour was a collection of the Bay Area’s best and most legendary thrash bands: Testament, Exodus, and Death Angel. Unfortunately, the tour had many setbacks, such as multiple musicians being diagnosed with COVID-19, the deadly respiratory virus that’s sweeping the globe.
