The Wildfires Projekt has dropped a new EP, Lost & Searching. The solo project of Johnny Zirkel marries a heady blend of pop and alternative rock, with a collection of high-energy and gloriously hooky anthems. This Daughters of Darkness is a 1971 horror film that serves as one of the foremost examples of the vampire picture as high art eroticism. Director Harry Kümel wasn’t particularly known for his work in genre film, with Daughters of Darkness existing more as a commercial effort.

For the first time on the road together since 2011, Touché Amoré and La Dispute brought their final tour of 2019 to The Palladium in Worcester, Massachusetts. Competing with another show occurring just upstairs, the bands were still able to pack out the venue with dedicated fans eager to see these post-hardcore acts.
